Hello my name is Marcela Kerbs and I’m so excited that you’re here! After receiving make to bash agrees I decided to go into education. While in my education career my husband and I both realize that it was not the investment that we had originally thought. Therefore we decided to pivot and start our own business in 2018. Within the first year we had an immediate success. But with success also came a lot of confusion in understanding who was responsible for what? What our metrics were, how we could hire, what was our customer service process? How are we going to train our employees and articulate to them how we want our business read and what their duties responsibilities and metrics were. We quickly realized that these were vital parts of our business but at the same time because we had experience success it was hard to take a step back and find the time and space to create these very important operations within our own business. After years of learning how to develop and build these positions, processes, and procedures I have discovered the perfect method to do it and I’m so excited to share that with you. Because through the discovery of creating operations within my business I was also able to discover an immense amount of freedom to enjoy the life that I had wanted and trumped up when I originally started our business. And I want that freedom for you too!
